How to keep fresh my chocolates?
We recommend that you store the chocolate in a cool and dry place away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. The ideal storage of chocolate is 57°F (14°C) to 65°F (18°C).Chocolates are best consumed within 14 days from the delivery date.
How do you ship my chocolates during warm weather?
During warm weather we may ship in containers with cooling packs.
To which countries can I ship my order?
Currently we ship only to the following Gulf countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon. We are working on adding more countries in the very near future.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
For UAE delivery addresses, we use Aramex. For the rest of countries, we use DHL
When will my order ship?
Delivery estimates vary between 2 and 7 days from ordering date. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Do I have to pay duties (or custom tariffs) and taxes?
Yes, all customs duties, tariffs, taxes shall be your responsibility and you will be required to pay these charges to the courier at the time of delivery.
Can I return my product?
Due to perishability, we are unable to accept returns.

Due to perishability and our commitment to processing orders immediate for our customers, we are unable to cancel or change the order since it is automatically sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.
What happen in case of missing or damaged product?
In case of missing or damaged Products, you must notify us immediately, and no later than within 24 hours of the time of delivery for damaged Products, or 7 days from the date when the order was placed for missing Products.
