DOES CHOCOLAK HAVE A RETAIL STORE LOCATION?
Chocolak only sells online and not on set specific locations. Still, people can order 24/7, wherever they are. Whether you’re at home, office or any other place, you can order and enjoy shopping freely at the website of Chocolak.
DOES CHOCOLAK PRODUCE CHOCOLATES?
No. Chocolak is not a chocolate maker but a platform presenting and listing top quality chocolates with creative ingredients coming from countries from Europe. It does not produce nor store chocolates, hence, what Chocolak does is that we receive the client order and process it by placing the order directly from the chosen chocolatier and let them ship the chocolates ordered straight to the client fresh and well packed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once you placed your order on our website, it will be processed the same day as it is received. These orders are fulfilled on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to guarantee hassle-free delivery from the chocolatier to your doorstep. Our trusted courier DHL will handle and send the package safely.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF MY COUNTRY?
Yes. Chocolak can deliver chocolates to 238 countries so you can send it to your chosen destination.
HOW CAN I SEND CHOCOLATES TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN ONE ORDER?
To make shipment of chocolates to multiple recipients in one order, at checkout page, click the button Ship to Multiple Receivers once you have the products in your cart and insert the address of each recipient.
To make it easier and hassle-free, at Checkout page in Multiple Receivers , you click on the button Import All Your Shipping Addresses Here and you can import your saved addresses from excel to the website so that you can select each product and quantity for the designated address of the recipient that you imported. CAN CHOCOLAK SHIPS CHOCOLATES DURING WARM WEATHER AND TO WARMER PARTS OF OTHER COUNTRIES?
Chocolak can ship chocolates to warmer weather and parts of your chosen country because the packages are tightly packed in cool boxes designed for the product itself to ensure its quality and safety from heat. The shipment of the chocolates and the quality itself will not be affected by the weather because we store and packed it in a safe box that helps retain its freshness and firmness.

CAN I ORDER FROM MORE THAN ONE VENDOR?
Yes. You can order from more than one vendor at the same time, you can also send it to more than one person. At chocolak, we made it possible for you to have one transaction with purchases from multiple chocolatiers to have it shipped whether to single or multiple recipients.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY CHOCOLATES AND HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
We recommend that you store your chocolates in between 60° and 70° Fahrenheit (14° to 18° Celsius). It is best stored with less than 55% of humidity so that the emulsion of cocoa solids and cocoa butter can remain stable within longer period. However, if placed in warmer areas or hot places, the texture and appearance of the product have higher possibility to suffer and change.
DO CHOCOLATE ABSORB ODORS?
Chocolates absorb odors easily if it is not well covered and handle. To retain its freshness, texture and original taste, always place the boxed chocolates in a cool, dry place. For extra care, store the opened boxes in a heavy-duty plastic bags with seal and close it tightly to avoid the product from absorbing odor.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY ORDER?
The EU taxes are applicable whenever required once you order. Taxes are automatically added in your order during check-out, depending on you chosen destination for the package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT DELIVERY TIME?
If the recipient happens not to be available at the time of the delivery, the package will remain at the courier DHL. DHL will further contact and reach you to deliver the package immediately and in no time.
