Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- One cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- One small stick of unsalted butter
- 150 gramsof dark chocolate, chopped ( I personally useTavoletta Vista Allegre for a unique taste) you can buy chocolates online to use these chocolates at Chocolak
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 jumbo eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Procedure
- 1
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark4. Use your nonstick cooking spray to cover an 8-inch baking pan. Line it with two pieces of parchment paper, and then spray the top of that parchment paper lightly with cooking spray. You want to avoid any messy situation after baking.
- 2
It's time to get our recipe in action. Whisk the flour, cocoa powder and salt In a small bow and keep them ready by your side.
- 3
In a separate saucepan, chop the Tavoletta Vista Allegre chocolate and let it melt alongside the butter while stirring often. After the chocolate and butter have fully melted, remove from heat and add the sugar and vanilla extract to the mix.
- 4
Using one egg at a time, add each egg, mix and the other and once done, you can pour inthe cocoa powder and flour mixture that should be on your side. Don’t mix it much yet. Now, you got yourself a nice batter, spread it in a uniform way in the baking pan and place in the oven. It will need around 30 minutes to be ready, but you can always check completeness by inserting a toothpick in its center.
- 4
If the toothpick comes out clean, then it’s done. Remove the pan from oven and let it cool. Now you can lift the cake out and cut it into 16 square pieces and store it at room temperature or in your fridge. You can also freeze this recipe if planning to use it after some time.
