Ingredients

  • 90 grams sugar
  • 75 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 75 grams ground almond
  • 60 grams egg whites

 

For the filling:

  • 80 grams of milky chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of double cream

Procedure

    Sieve the almond flour, powder sugar and cocoa powder in equal parts three times.

    Whisk the eggs and then gradually add the sugar, till everything is fully dissolved and thickened.

    All that is to be added into flour, medley by shovel, gently. Not for long.

    Fill the mixture into pastry bag and pour into your silicone mold in blob forms.

    Leave it for 10-15 minutes. As soon as it’s not sticky anymore place it into a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.

    To make the filling, melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and then add the preheated cream.
