Even though it’s true that macarons might need a bit of delicacy into making them, but this recipe will show you that as long as you follow exact measurements and steps, you will be making perfect macarons every time that could be part of birthday gift ideas or simply the best tasting chocolate you will try.


Rest assured that you can easily change the flavors and create different tasting macarons; but the basic steps remain the same.   • 90 grams sugar
  • 75 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 75 grams ground almond
  • 60 grams egg whites


For the filling:

  • 80 grams of milky chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of double cream

    Sieve the almond flour, powder sugar and cocoa powder in equal parts three times.

    Whisk the eggs and then gradually add the sugar, till everything is fully dissolved and thickened.

    All that is to be added into flour, medley by shovel, gently. Not for long.

    Fill the mixture into pastry bag and pour into your silicone mold in blob forms.

    Leave it for 10-15 minutes. As soon as it’s not sticky anymore place it into a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.

    To make the filling, melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and then add the preheated cream.
