Chocolate is the route to many people’s hearts, and chocolate fondant is one of the most exotic and mouthwatering dessert for both consumers and cake decorators as well. Not only they taste great, but that gooey chocolate that appears after the first bite is generally an exquisite sight and addictive on its own. It is really an indulgent sweet to serve at any occasion, especially as Valentines Day chocolates or Christmas chocolates. There are so many variations of creating a chocolate fondant; different types of chocolates will yield a number of flavors and textures. For me, chocolate fondant is associated with a luxurious theme and for that reason; the highest quality of chocolate is my number one priority. I prefer using some bittersweet dark chocolates for this recipe, and if you’re having a hard time deciding on the best brand to purchase, I recommend checking out Chocolak (www.chocolak.com) as their store is home to some of the best products and let you order chocolates online and have them delivered to your door.
