Even though, here we share the recipe for the basic chocolate bar you may tweak it to your desire and create your own personalized version of the chocolate bars by topping it with dried  berries, dried nuts, dried fruits, raisins, herbs, and spices.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered white sugar
  • 60 grams cocoa butter, melted

Procedure

    Prepare a baking dish by lining it with a parchment paper or have your chocolate molds ready.

    Prepare a double boiler and melt the butter in it. Alternatively, you may also put it in a glass bowl and microwave the bowl for about 30 seconds. Remove the glass bowl from microwave, stir the butter and repeat the process again until the cocoa butter melts.

    Whisk in sugar and cocoa powder in the melted butter until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

    Transfer the chocolate mixture in the molds or prepared baking dish.

    Put the molds in the freezer and chill the chocolate until it hardens, for at least 3 to 4 hours.

    Remove from the molds and the chocolate bars are ready to use!

You may store the chocolate bars in a cool and dry place for up to 3 to 4 months easily!
