Ingredients

Rocky Road

  • 200g milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts

Procedure

  • 1

Rocky Road, for me, is the best Christmas chocolate recipe in this list so let’s do it first. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with melted butter or vegetable oil spray, then line it with parchment paper.

  • 2

Melt your chocolate and then pour it directly onto your prepared baking sheet. Evenly and quickly spread it out either by using a spatula or by tilting the baking sheet itself.

  • 3

Once you achieve your desired thickness, generously sprinkle the marshmallows and peanuts on top. Let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
